We have a 30-day return period. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@montanello.ch. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship your package. Unless otherwise stated, returns must be sent to the following address: 1511 Jingang Avenue East, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China 321016.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalised products and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The quickest way to ensure that you receive the product you want is to return the existing item and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been approved.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and credit the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at kontakt@montanello.ch.
